| David A. Dalia has been a Louisiana attorney
for twenty years, with offices in the heart of downtown New Orleans, and
with statewide clientele. Primary areas of legal interest are in public
law issues, copyright infringement and intellectual property, the legal
problems of Museum administration, labor, longshoremen and harbor workers
cases, contracts, licenses, and contract litigation, leasing, successions,
select personal injury cases, and general civil litigation. Mr. Dalia has
litigation experience at all levels of the judicial system, including
before the United States Supreme Court.
His experience, expertise, understanding of the law and
